Founder of Omplexity
“Systems change starts from within. When we reconnect with our inner wealth, our outer wealth becomes an agent for change.”

My journey began in the heart of systems science—studying at MIT and later teaching there, working on global initiatives in climate, poverty, and impact investing. We were modeling the world’s most pressing problems, yet something felt incomplete.

I came to realize that no matter how elegant the strategy, real systems change doesn’t begin on a whiteboard—it begins within us. In our beliefs. In our values. In how we relate to ourselves, to one another, and to life.

That realization led me down a different path—one that took me from the academic halls of Cambridge to the fishing villages of Mexico, the rainforests of Costa Rica, the Buddhist monastery in Taiwan and the rice fields of Bali, where I now live and work.

Here, surrounded by nature and community, I’ve come to see more clearly that our inner wealth—our purpose, presence, and relationships—is what gives true meaning to our outer wealth.

I founded Omplexity to support wealth holders who feel a similar calling—not to accumulate more, but to align their resources in service of life. We do this by listening deeply to what the system needs, co-creating strategies rooted in collective wisdom, and helping wealth flow where it can regenerate people, places, and the planet.

This work isn’t about having the answers. It’s about walking together, with humility, toward the questions that matter most.

Let’s begin from within—and move forward, together.
