The project topics and the grouping will be decided in the beginning. Starting with the core concept, system thinking lessons will cover the tools and the archetypes. The group will practice drawing the Behavior-Over-Time graph (BOT) and then create a system map.
The trainees will learn how to analyze and interview stakeholders. interview notes will be transformed into the variables on the map. The trainees will work on leverage point analysis and intervention design based on the map.
By applying design thinking, the trainees will develop an action plan that can be taken into practice within two weeks. Omplexity will then organize a stakeholder workshop where people discuss the map with the interventions and create a Theory of Systems Change map (ToSC). The production in each group will be demonstrated in the final presentation.
